Operating at the intersection of financial engineering and Swiss regulation. We give businesses a single supervised counterparty for payment infrastructure, and give individuals a regulated, straightforward way to exchange digital assets — both under the same compliance framework.
2021
Alea Group AG was incorporated in Geneva in 2021. We operate as a payment service provider for business clients, and separately provide digital asset exchange services to individuals through our Exchange offering. We do not accept deposits or maintain stored client balances; funds handled in connection with transactions are processed solely for execution and settlement.
Due diligence runs before onboarding, not after. A client outside our risk appetite hears it in the first conversation. Every account is monitored for the life of the relationship, and a designated AML Compliance Officer reports to the Board on a quarterly basis.

SO-FIT
Affiliation to SO-FIT as a financial intermediary within the meaning of article 2 para. 3 AMLA, under a self-regulatory organisation recognised by FINMA.

Privacy, terms, acceptable use, AML and CTF and cookie policies updated in November 2025 to the revised Federal Act on Data Protection and current AMLA practice.
